Event Instructions
Registrations & BIB Allotment
Participants will be permitted to register in only one category (Virtual or On Ground).
On Ground bib allotment will be strictly on first come first serve basis. Participants who registered for an on-ground run and did not make the cut will be converted to the virtual category or will be refunded on request.
The final on-ground participation will strictly depend on the government COVID guidelines in force on 19 December 21.
Participants will not be allowed to change their race categories post registration, so we advise the participants to be careful while selecting the categories.
Request for Name, Email-Id and Contact information change will be entertained only once for genuine cases during the entire registration process.
In case of a participant filling incomplete/incorrect information at the time of registration, the organiser will not be held accountable for any delay in delivery of race kit, medals etc.
Race Rules
On Ground
Participants will not be allowed entry without face masks.
All participants will have to submit a final vaccination certificate at the time of bib collection if not uploaded during registration.
The races will be flagged off in waves of 50 to maintain social distancing.
Baggage facility will be provided at the venue, but the organisers will not be responsible for loss of any valuable items.
Gates for the particular race categories will close within 30 minutes after flag-off of the last wave and no participant shall be allowed to start the race after that.
 
 
Virtual
Participants must only run once between 12-19 Dec and finish their run in one session. Submission of multiple running sessions will not be entertained.
Modalities for downloading the Race Day running app/ submitting the link from a running app will be communicated separately.
The medals for the Virtual run will be dispatched within 30 days post completion of the race.
Participants are requested to follow local Corona protocols while running.
Here are some important points listed for Virtual Participants to follow:
You are free to run the selected distance at any time of the day from 12th Dec post midnight to 19th Dec midnight.
Completion certificate will be available online after 20th Dec.
Ranking at the leader board will be available from 13th Dec.
How to log/sync/upload your activity:

First time user use Sign up Option
After signing up, an account confirmation link is sent to your email, once you click on that link you will be able to Log in.
Click on Dashboard and Go to Application and connect to Strava/Garmin. Please connect to these apps, don’t login using Facebook and Google IDs, instead use your email and password to authorize. (Please don’t untick any box while authorizing access)
One Evantik Account can be linked to one profile. If you have registered for others, please make separate accounts for each participant by following the above steps.
Your activity will appear on the leader board immediately in 5 min if it doesn't appear it mean you have not connected properly.
Leader board is dynamically managed and ranking keep changing as & when participants’ activities are added

Participants can select Virtual Run and their category at the time of registrations Participants can choose to finish their selected race between 12-19 December 21 at the time and location of their choosing. Modalities for Virtual run and submission of links / results will be communicated by e-mail. All participants will be provided with the race kit and goody bags prior to the race. Timing certificates and medals will be dispatched post completion of the race after verifying the results. Age Category Leader Boards for both males and females will be created, and prizes will be awarded to podium finishers of the Virtual mode.

Please note: Entries and the allotment for an on-ground bib will be on first come first serve basis. Participants who register for the on-ground event but are not eligible to get an on-ground bib can participate in the virtual race or request for a refund.
