Expo Dates & Timing-
16 & 17 Dec (Thursday and Friday)- 12 noon to 6.00 PM (duration 6 hrs only)
Saturday, 18 Dec, 10 AM to 6:00 PM (duration 8 hrs only)
To collect your kit, bring a copy of confirmation mail or simply tell the bib number.
You must carry a govt. issued photo ID and a copy (or soft copy) of COVID-19 vaccination certificate/ RT-PCR certificate not less than 48 hours old.
Those who cannot come to collect their bib may send someone to collect on their behalf along with a written authorization and documents mentioned above.
Bibs & t-shirts will not be distributed on race day morning.
Park your vehicles in the designated parking area available at Yashwant Place and Bikanerwala.
Parking on the road is not allowed. Follow traffic rules.

RACE FLAG- OFFs-
Half Marathon- 6:45 to 7:00 AM, Staggered Starts (1st loop 11Km, 2nd loop 10Km)
10 Km- 7 to 7:10 AM, Staggered Starts (one loop)
5 Km Run- 7:15 to 7:30 AM, Staggered Starts (U-turn from 2.5 Km)
There would be staggered starts in groups of less than 100s for all race categories.

Race Instructions-
Wear a mask while not running, you may take it off while running.
Don’t exchange your bibs.
Don’t go on the track after you finish, you will be disqualified.
DO NOT ENTER THE LAWNS OF THE PARADE GROUND. These are out of bounds for all runners.
Wear your bib number on the front, preferably on your chest.
Reach at the venue, 60 mins in advance from your respective place to cater for parking, security checks and warm up music and Zumba.
There will be no entry of vehicles on the race route on 19 Dec from 0600 to 1000 hrs.
Start gates for the races will close within 15 minutes after the respective flag-off and no participant shall be allowed to start the race post the 15-minute mark.
It’s flat course- clean, pollution & traffic free with minimum turns and diversions.
You will be guided by route markers, volunteers through the route and to reach the Assembly area.
En-route water, Fast & Up energy drink and first-aid are available. We are serving water in disposable glasses only. There will be 4 Water stations at regular intervals on 10 Km course.

Baggage Counter- There will be a baggage counter in the assembly area. You are advised not to leave your valuable items in the bag.
Portable toilets will be placed outside the Assembly area and also on the route.


Post Run Activities-
Cool down by the physiotherapy team from our Health Partner Yashoda Superspeciality Hospital in the Recovery zone.
Commemorative Finisher's Medal for every finisher.
Wholesome breakfast and hydration.
Fun, music, Zumba and movies clips on Indian Navy and Armed Forces of India.


Entry to the Venue and Parking:
Participants’ & vehicular entry is allowed only from Gate no. 4 of Parade Ground which is on Thimayya Road.
Parking attendants will assist you to park your vehicles.
To enter the assembly area, you will pass through security & temp checks.


Rewards:
Fastest men & women podium finishers (top 3) in Half Marathon, 10 Km and 5 Km Runs will be felicitated on the race day itself.
Age category podium finishers will be announced on 22nd Dec.
# 5 Km Fun Run is a non-competitive event.


Dispose all the trash, disposable glasses and bottles in the dustbin. Or, pass it on to the volunteers. Help us keep the race route clean. As usual, our team of volunteers will clean the park after the event is over.
